USA Roller Sports Inline Hockey Officiation Program is dedicated to the education and development of new officials and the continued education of experienced officials. We strive to be the leader in officiating excellence, performance and development. USARS Officials are encouraged to pursue excellence in every aspect of the game. Serving and assisting all officials, players, coaches, teams and parents in attaining the core values of excellence, commitment and integrity.
